This Privacy Policy describes how CrunchFocus LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the OverMox application, our realtime 3D effects and overlay engine for content creators, or visit overmox.com (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: We collect your email address when you create an account and subscribe to our Service.
• Payment Information: Payment and billing information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Xsolla. We do not directly store your payment card details.
• Authentication Information: If you choose to authenticate using Google, Microsoft, or Twitch accounts through Xsolla, we receive basic profile information provided by these services.
• Communications: Our contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. If you contact us through the form, Discord, or other support channels, we may retain those communications for customer service purposes.
• Email Updates: If you sign up for product updates, we collect your email address to send the updates you request. Our contact and signup forms use Web3Forms to process submissions.

Information Collected Automatically

• Application Analytics: With your explicit consent, we collect anonymized application usage analytics through our custom analytics solution to improve the Service. This data does not personally identify you.
• Authentication Tokens: The OverMox application stores authentication tokens locally on your device to maintain your login session.
• Website Requests and Security: Our website providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and requested URLs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. hCaptcha also analyzes browser interactions on the contact page to distinguish people from bots.
• Website Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance, including page visits, referring URLs, browser and device characteristics, and page load timings. This analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage. See the website services section below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Deliver website content, respond to enquiries, and protect our forms from spam and abuse
• With your consent, send you marketing communications about OverMox

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With Xsolla for payment processing and account authentication, Microsoft Azure for application data hosting, and the website providers described in Section 9 for hosting, analytics, security, forms, and fonts

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Data Storage and Security

Application and account information is processed and stored on servers in the United States through Microsoft Azure and Xsolla's infrastructure. Website providers may process information in other countries where they operate, as described in Sections 7 and 9. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation:

• Your email address may be retained permanently by Xsolla for record-keeping purposes
• Anonymized application analytics data may be retained indefinitely
• Support communications may be retained as needed for business purposes

Website form submissions are also subject to Web3Forms' retention practices. Its privacy policy states a maximum retention period of three years, unless a shorter period applies to the plan or the data is deleted earlier. We receive submissions to respond to enquiries and manage requested email updates. You can unsubscribe from updates or request deletion using the contact options below.

6. Your Rights and Choices

General Rights

• Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements
• Marketing Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing message

Application Analytics Opt-Out

You can opt out of application analytics collection at any time through the OverMox application settings. This setting applies to the application.

8. Age Restrictions

OverMox is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, Twitch) through Xsolla. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

Website Services

• Cloudflare hosting and security: Cloudflare delivers overmox.com and helps protect it from abuse. It processes network request information, including IP addresses, for those purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: We use Cloudflare's analytics beacon to measure visits and website performance. It does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB, and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics. Cloudflare states that IP addresses received by this analytics service are discarded at its nearest data center and are not stored in its core analytics databases or logs. • hCaptcha: Our contact page uses hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to prevent spam and automated abuse. Analysis begins when hCaptcha loads on that page, before you submit the form. It may evaluate your IP address, browser and device information, time spent on the page, and interactions such as mouse movements. Its security infrastructure can also set the cookie described below. • Web3Forms: Our contact and email signup forms send submitted fields to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to us. Web3Forms also processes technical information for service operation and spam prevention, and may share submitter IP addresses and email addresses with its anti-spam providers. • Google Fonts: We load the Geist font from Google's servers. Your browser sends Google your IP address and the request information needed to deliver the font files. See Google's explanation of font privacy and Google's privacy policy.

10. Cookies and Browser Storage

Cookies are small files that a website or its service providers can store in your browser. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Our contact page uses security cookies through hCaptcha's bot protection. These help protect the form from automated abuse.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may prevent the contact form's verification from working. You can also reach us through Discord.

Separately, the OverMox application stores authentication tokens locally on your device to maintain your login session.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the revised policy here with an updated date and notify you of material changes through in-app notifications.
